" Yoga is for All "
Message By The Yogi
Unlike its westernisation, yoga was never about doing Mind/Body Bending Postures or Breathtaking Pranayam.
“The Eastern Yoga in its originality is all about being one with the one”.
It is not about how flexible/athletic you are at The Body but about how well you know and can be within that body, with peace, harmony and health.
It is not about how well you do all of the Asanas/Postures but how well you know that one posture which gives you calmness to be one with yourself.
It is not about how full/partial or fast/slow you can breathe and not even about how much you can hold it, but how well can you feel and be aware of each breath that you take.
It is not about how still you can be with your mind but about how well you can learn your mind as a universal consciousness.
It seems that the absence of originality in yoga has generated two categories of people, one admirer and other as the athlete. But in both of the categories the Yoga and the Yogi both are lost forever. This Bodily Approach made yoga nearly impraticable by a common man/woman.
The Eastern School of Yoga was established with an intention to bring the originality of yoga back to the world. We aim to make yoga available and possible to every human being without them having to care about their body/mind flexibility or control.
Yoga is for all, and can be done by all, regardless of their Age, Gender, Flexibility, Wisdom or Faith.
All everyone needs, is “One Posture - One Breath” to be A Yogi.
